DISCLAIMER: Most of you will find this post horrid, so please if you think you might be disturbed refrain from reading. After all, this is my journal and I have a right to express my biased ideas.
In theory you're right from start to finish. Everything you say is wholly logical, objective and truthful.
What it lacks, however, is any sense of emotion. Of involvement. Not everyone reacts to the whims and antics of the Revue by taking them to heart and cry salty tears and that's fine - if you ask me, personal involvement isn't a necessity to be a fan. Yet...
The fault, in many aspects, lies with Hankyuu. Bullying is never acceptable and it should have been handled better. Nevertheless, why people - especially fans of the Revue - insist on fighting bullying by bullying the bullies, I will never understand. And would it be good for her? Wouldn't it be better to just leave and start from "Juliet", instead of starting from "a face in the chorus line"? In this case, I think if she retires it will also be the best for her. Seriously, I don't like her much as an artist, but if I were her fan, I'd hope she left.
