The Great ConFlaniganation - Stargate Chicago - 2010! Part 1
It's me - the long lost Supernatural Fan! And I've gone rogue... and gone to a Stargate Convention. Of course, I was a Stargate fan LONG before I was a Supernatural fan, but... I hope they'll forgive me.

Chicago Con - Day 1 - STEVE!!!!
Wow! I haven't written in this thing forever. Quite frankly, I think I saturated myself with Supernatural (and yes, it's possible). I know I'll get beaten down for this from whomever happens to read this, but I haven't seen a single episode of Season 4 except for the first one!!! I did a mini-update at my LJ about the recent storm that went through and spawned tornadoes, killing 2 in Kansas (not in Manhattan, thank goodness), about my sunflowers, lazy dogs, and an audition.

I've just made a half-trans-continental move from Florida to Kansas... and here's the saga. It'll take you about a year to read, so save it for a rainy day! Threw in some pics to break up the monotony!

We also checked out the surfing store - which was just really cool (I wish I could make up some more words for how cool and awesome things were!!! Like... it was rufus... or something - lol) Here's some vid - that's really the only way you could appreciate it. $20 for 30 minutes - not bad!!!

My Excellent EyeConadventure!!!
Wow. I never, in a million years, thought I'd be going to a sci-fi convention... but wonders never cease!!! I attended EyeCon in Orlando on April 4-6 and it was SUCH a blast - I can't believe all these sci-fi people have been hiding what a great event that is for all this time (LOL!)
