I think after seeing all the IFs and the amount of time we have left, Casey and I (after a long cold day of looking at a couple places and weighing all the pros and cons) have decided just to move downstairs, even if there are lots of cons (like the stupidly expensive transferring apartment fees and the lack of space and the ridiculously tiny oven
