And the ages make no sense. Its like they think there's a huge jump in maturity between fifteen and sixteen, when in reality, some people don't even mature much between twelve and sixteen. (I knew a lot of very immature sixteen year olds in HS - most of them were more mature than twelve year olds, but a lot really weren't.)
