The short version: left for Moorhead at 4:00 this morning with Mister Matt, Mister Craig, and Mister Geno. Took 2nd in Women's Sparring, 2nd in Advanced Forms, and 3rd in Intermediate Breaking. Got home half an hour ago.

The cop story is great; imagine if you had held up a little sign to the back window of the car with HELP scrawled hastily on it! The Misters would all have had a biiiiig learning experience. :-D

You guys do Palgwe? We do Taeguk forms. Then, at black belt, we start Koryo, Keumgang, etc.

Good job with your competiting, I wish we had some pictures of you, though. The pictures you posted are awesome, though.

Yeah, everyone under the IBBF does Palgwe...hell, I think the entire Chang Moo Kwan does Palgwe. We learn Koryo etc. as our black belt patterns too.
