Last night I went to the gym and ran a mile and a half! I felt so good b/c I hadn't run that far in a long time. This morning I went again and I ran 2 miles! I was breathing fine but for some reason my back hurt and I have blister on my feet! But I feel really good about myself today and I am in a good mood. JOsh is really proud of me too. so this morning I woke up at 730.........I know it's a sunday but it's okay! I got up had cheerios and went to the gym. Then I went to weight watchers! I lost 1.8 pounds last week!! This weekend was fun. Josh and I went to my cousin's wedding! I have decided I am going to join weight watchers. I jsut want to lose weight and I am hoping this will help. I woke up at 7 this morning and I didn't have to leave until 8. We spent our first night at the new place, so when I got up I got dressed and went accross the street to the ocean.
