Day 07 - A song that reminds you of a certain event

So, I wasn't sure how to interpret this. An event relevant to the world, or just to me?

shlomo artzi? REALLY? such a good little zionist, you are!

israeli radio is like the weirdest thing in the world. you can listen, in one hour, to eyal golan, eminem, lady gaga, hadag nachash, naomi shemer, shotei hanevua, kobe peretz, and mariah carey. this is why i rarely listen to the radio here anymore, they don't understand themes.

you make me want to do this meme, you do.

oh jesus, do you listen to galgalatz? We used to laugh SO MUCH at the schizophrenic nature of galgalatz's playlist. I once heard them play "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" from The Life of Brian. wtf????

I thought you would get a kick out of this one!

GALGALGALGALATZ!!!!!!!!!!!

not to be confused with galatz; of course.

i don't really listen to the radio much, myself. and that's just been exacerbated by my move to israel. BUT, nearly everyone here listens to galgalatz; if i'm in someone's car, its galgalatz. if someone wants to stream radio at work, its galgalatz. if i'm in a taxi, and the driver isn't listening to the news, its galgalatz.

GALGALGALGALATZ!
