Peter nodded. His famous lawyer brother.

"The same professor that wrote Activating Evolution?" he asked. Thank you, Claude for that book. A real eye opener that one. Even though it had just about nothing on mimicry.

He sighed a moment later and moved aside. "Come on in."

"Thanks. It gets a bit old, telling everyone this stuff on the doorstep."

He followed Peter into the apartment, shoving his hair back off his face.

Peter smiled for a brief moment. "You want some coffee?" he asked, moving back into the kitchen and resuming his coffee making.

"So what's this about a group hunting people like us?" he asked after a small silence. "I mean, I know about Primatech Paper and everything that they do but what is it that you do?"

Wanda didn't like Pietro having coffee.

"Coffee would be great, thanks. And I'm not sure who exactly they are but they work out of Odessa. They got to me. I got away and told my sister everything, but they found us and wiped my memory."

A pause.

"We want to take them down. And we need as many people onboard as we can. I get it if you don't want to, it's not exactly going to be safe and you've got family here in New York, from what I could find, but I have to ask as many people as I can."

Peter stilled for a moment. He sympathized with this guy. He really did. His brother was currently in the hospital recovering after being kidnapped for four days. And you know, being crucified.

He finished making the coffee and turned to look at the other guy, having to let the coffee brew for a few minutes anyway.

"Safety's not really a concern," he muttered and then paused. "It's just... what exactly are you planning on doing?"
