You can feel free to steal from Luke, Ed, Vash...Ticky, Dante, Riku and Raphael. YAH I'M GOOD WITH IT ALL AROUND.
HOWEVER. Ed will YELL AT YOU and HIT YOU A LITTLE. Ticky... you can't steal something when it's ON his person unless he's in hobo form. Dante will try to shoot you and he's a VERY GOOD SHOT. Riku will just blast you with Darkness and Raphael will truss you up. Luke and Vash will just listen to your sob stories and probably GIVE YOU STUFF. God.
Ed doesn't have much on his person to steal. He has a pocket watch he got from Riddle that changes metals. It's pretty cool! He'll be MAD IF YOU TAKE IT. Otherwise he's got... a wallet and some chalk.
Dante doesn't have ANYTHING on his person but his guns and his weapons and maybe a few bucks. His leather pants are skintight so good luck getting into them.
Luke has his entire inventory on him at all times. He's also RICH and currently has a few million gald with him. He only has crappy food items left (sketchy chicken~) but has plenty of gels, bottles and random items of wearable or story line varity. He's canonically too stupid to tell when people are stealing from him. GG Luke.
Vash has his gun and some money in his pockets and some random odds and ends he picks up, that's about it. Oh. And bullets. Lots o bullets.
Riku... doesn't have much in his pockets. Some munny, some potions. Maybe a screw or a nail or two, and a few ability rings.
HOBO TICKY has a bag of STUFF which includes BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO a change of clothes, some money, cigarettes, a knife/fork/spoon combo, an extra deck of cards, a teddy bear and a bunch of silver buttons~ On his person he carries a switch blade, some more money, more cigarettes and another deck of cards and matches.
BLACK TICKY only has what's on his person, which is a handkerchief, cigarettes, matches and/or lighter and a deck of cards. All of his other stuff is locked away in hammer space.
