EDIT: I suppose I should explain. Foul Feast was given a longer recharge in the recent update (5 seconds, up from 2). For 14 months, Foul Feast was, in every way, shape and form, a better Draw Conditions. It had the same casting time and recharge time, healed for more, served as energy management, and was linked to a profession that could actually take advantage of having conditions on it.
