It just goes on and on
I did a final write up and the person was allowed again to skate without any real consequences....again the person tried to intimidate the staff and again she was allowed to continue to keep her messy ways about her....there is no justice around here and it has become clear that intergrity is just a word that is used as a paperweight around here....my new director starts on monday and now for the third time I will have to prove myself yet again to another boss....this truly sucks ass....I wish I could just fucking quit this bullshit evironment....
