stop this world I want to get off.!!!
I am slowly being driven mad. I have a person whom is trying everything that they can think of to get me fired at the expense of not doing their job. It is just one of those crazy situations to deal with. People are just plum going crazy around here. It seems that nobody wants to follow instructions anymore, people refuse to be civil to one another and the authority figures here speak out of both sides of their mouths. Looking for another job is something that I can do but finding one at the rate that I make is damn hard. There seems to be no end in sight for the problems that we are expiriencing here. One simple firing would help boost the morale and take care of some key issues. They are worried about being fair and concerned about getting sued but what about me. I would have been fired over the things that this person has been allowed to do. If I were fired dont they think that I would in turn sue them as well. This is just digusting to me why they don't apply the rules to everyone equally.
