I think I truly hate some people that work for the airline companies.

Anyway, last night my flight home was delayed from Omaha, Nebraska. I didn't get out of there until like 6:30 or something and the plane was initially scheduled to depart at 5:49. So, I was worried about missing my connecting flight, which would be taking me home. Sadly enough, my fears were made into a reality when I got to the airport in Atlanta to catch my connecting flight and found that my plane had literally JUST LEFT. Needless to say, I was pissed off. The attendant at the desk was a bitch. I was merely looking at the plane as it started off towards the runway and she said something about already having some piece of paper, which I'm assuming was the departure paper or something. Not only that, but she had to do it in this arrogant bitchy tone that made me want to smack the shit out of her.

So, I went to the ticket place that was located almost directly across from where I was initially suppose to board to get a ticket for this morning or the soonest flight, a meal ticket(worth 7 bucks, but I didn't use it), and my hotel voucher thing. They were forced to provide me with a free hotel room because it was their fault I missed the flight. Anyway, I got to the hotel after midnight, and didn't get to sleep until probably around 1:40ish. And I got a horrible night's sleep. I kept waking up constantly because I didn't want to miss the shuttle to the airport.

So, I woke up every 15 or so minutes starting at somewhere between 3:30 and 4. That went on until 5, which is when I got up. The little shuttle left from the hotel at 5:30. So, I took that to the airport and got through security and such. I checked in at the ticket counter thing to get my boarding pass, then I walked around the concourse(section of the airport with several of the gates) for about 2 hours. I tried to buy a frosty from the Wendy's in the airport, but the lady said that the frosty maker wasn't ready yet or something like that. So, I walked around for about 2 hours until until about 20 minutes before my flight was scheduled to leave, then I sat down at the gate and waited for them to begin boarding. Once we boarded there were only about 20 people on the plane. That's 20 out of like 76 to 80 possible passengers. So, basically it was a pretty dead flight.

Anyway, I need to go take a shower and head to bed.

I missed you all and hope you're all doing well.
