we found a stack a bikes near the train yard that'd been pitched (from the landlord?).. and one of them was a super-quirky trike (could've-should've-would've :)
later-on a train pulled in & then started up again. we *almost* hopped it, but i had to bring up the point of "what if it doesn't slow down till medicine hat?"
it's crazy how times have changed.. i remember one of my uncles train stories & how he actually hopped one from ontario to bc looking for work..
