Commission Info:
What I Draw: I can draw just about anything but dragons, avians, and animals are my specialty. I can also manage gryphons, equines, other fantasy animals, furry, and hominids. For anything other than what's listed, feel free to ask me. Most likely, I can do it.
Available Mediums: I can work with just about any sort of art material as long as I currently have access to it. I most commonly use chalk pastels, charcoal, watercolors, graphite, pen and ink, and digital painting. All online commissions are assumed to be digitally made unless stated otherwise.
Prices: Prices vary on several factors such as detail, size, and subject matter. After deciding what you want, contact me for a quote on an exact price. Usually my prices range from $20-30 for icons, to $60 for most general portrait-type artwork, to $80-100 for more detailed pieces.

Regarding Payment:
• For now, I only accept payment up front. I will NOT draw until payment is received. If you prefer for commissions $40 and up, I'll accept partial payment up front (at least 50% of the total price), then you can pay me the rest after you're satisfied with the sketch.
• Refunds: Refunds can be requested at any time during the creation of your artpiece and I will return your money no questions asked. However, I retain the right to the amount equaling the value of what work I have completed, so if you wish to cancel your commission in the middle of production I will keep approximately 50% of your payment to cover the work I have already done.
Other Agreements: Upon sending payment you are agreeing to all terms and conditions stated below. If any of these rights and agreements are infringed upon, legal action may be taken.
• Prices vary depending on detail of the character.
• I normally give weekly progress reports via email regarding the work I have done on your commission. Even if I have not worked on your piece at all one week, you will still receive a weekly report. For quicker commissions such as icons, sketches, and speedpaintings, I will generally finish quick enough so that you will not receive any progress reports.
• For each additional character, the price of the original commission type is increased by about 50% to cover the cost of the extra work, depending on complexity.
• I retain all copyrights for the image (NOT the character). I do not allow any of my commissioned (or otherwise) artwork to be reposted or used for commercial purposes without my consent. Using your commissioned art as a LiveJournal icon however, is fine. You may also repost your commission for general display as long as I am properly linked and credited.
• If you desire that I mail you the original work/lineart please let me know beforehand. All traditional commissions are sent out in large envelopes backed with hard cardboard plates. I am not responsible for any pieces getting lost in the mail/damaged. Shipping is at the commissioner's expense. Digital commissions come with a high-resolution version.
• I accept payment in the form of PayPal, money order, or cash. I highly advise against sending cash through the mail. If it is necessary, please make sure it is well concealed. I am not responsible for cash lost in the mail.
• References and/or detailed descriptions are advised; otherwise I can’t guarantee accurateness at 100%.
• I will always show you the work-in-progress through email or another mode of communication, and you are free to make any changes you want. Be aware that I will charge a $5 fee (or more, depending) for any change that isn't very minor, and will make no changes after the 4th one. If you don’t want to be shown WIP’s, let me know.
• After you approve of the final and completed piece, there will be a small fee for any changes requested after.
• I reserve the right to use commissioned work in my personal portfolios. At this time I do not sell prints of commissioned work.
• I reserve the right to refuse any person a commission for any reason.
