Another movie night or movie day, actually.

Just like the title says, it was more of a movie day than a movie night today.

Movies I watched today:
  1. The Librarian: Return to the King Salomon's Mines.
  2. Little Miss Sunshine.
  3. Blast from the Past.
  4. The Mexican.
  5. Bolt.
Somewhere between The Mexican and Bolt I also watched third Polish edition of Got Talent, which is totally the best show ever. There never was a greater show than this one and I mean in general - I love every country's edition and I've watched Got Talent's videos hundreds of times. Although we are quite a talented nation, I gotta admit.

The second part of The Librarian was just like the first one - cheap effects, ugly girl, shallow plot, predictable ending, cute Noah Wyle... What more could one ask for? Although I do love the references to Casablanca. Definitely should watch Casablanca tomorrow, haven't seen it in ages. I need to get my hands on the third part of The Librarian also. It is extremely my type of the movie. If you know of any other similar movies, excluding National Treasure and Indiana Jones movies, please let me know. :)

The Mexican was as I expected it to be - light, non-demanding, with an incredibly good-looking Brad Pitt in it. The last part was actually the most important one. ;) I fell in love with him after I watched Ocean's trilogy, which is definitely one of the best movies ever (considered as a whole and every part separately) and after that - Burn After Reading, which gets better every time I watch it. And Brad Pitt should definitely be rewarded somehow for his role in this movie. But, The Mexican. I particularly didn't like Julia Roberts' character, though. She was too emotional, too loud, too annoying, too... girly. Although she's said quite a couple of important lines, like "My needs are important" and demanding it, right? Which is probably something I should remember if I ever want to be in a relationship again, that it is fair to request something back for what you've done for a person. That giving, such as taking, should be mutual. The other thing is, that you shouldn't probably sacrifice your whole life and being for one person, because that is just plain wrong. And I can never achieve that. I always do to much to the point it becomes irritating or just too much. To the point it becomes impossible to just be around me, because I'm too frustrating and over the line and just imposing on somebody.

Enough about me, I am getting hysterical right here.

When it comes to Bolt, I don't actually have much to say. I've seen it before a couple of times and I really loved the movie. First movie I saw with 3D glasses, not too much of an excitement though. Today was the first time that I've watched it in English, though. As always, I adore the Polish dubbing, it's one thing we're good at as a nation - dubbing. Bolt itself is adorable, heartwarming, cute and just touching. And I love the dog, you know. Yahoo Answers say that it's supposed to be an American White Shepherd and judging from the pictures, this really looks like Bolt himself.

It's getting pretty late, so I'll just probably play Hotel for Dogs before going to sleep and fall asleep before Dave even shows up. Yeah, I totally love Hotel for Dogs, haven't seen it for a while, though. Two times in the cinema, folks. ;) It's completely ridiculous. Or should I say - ridoncolous, honouring Bolt.

movie: the mexican, movie: ocean's trilogy, movie: burn after reading, movie: bolt, about me, movie: the librarian, tv show: got talent, quote, movie: hotel for dogs, actor: brad pitt
