To my American friends out there celebrating Thanksgiving with various family and friends, here's to wishing you a good day and a hope for good memories worth having.
As for myself the day will largely be nothing special. My family is spread out and at this point nearly estranged in the first place. [Shrugs]
With the few that occasionally contact me (and even a few who have not) I have, there's no bad relations with them: my family's merely not been an active part of my life in almost 6 or so years now.
Anyway, at least it's a day off work for most people I suppose. Enjoy the food and merriment if you can!
