i dont know if its just Long Island or all over the US but i feel like as a whole, people are gravitating tword being rude, selfish, obviously unthinking retards.
it seems like just driving has gotten so much more dangerous over the past 2 years. every time i get on the road i see people driving like complete idiots. everyone seems like they are always in a huge hurry. they talk on phones, run stop signs. in the past week ive had at least 5 people on cell phones run stop signs and stop in the middle of the road when they see me comming. no one thinks anymore. everyone is too into their own shit, like they are the most important person around. not only do i deal with these cocksuckers on the road, when i get to work, people park like absolute morons, the lines apparently dont matter anymore.
once i go inside i deal with HUNDREDS of people, all over the US, that seem to sit by the phone and fall over themselves for the opportunity to curse me out on the phone. they think they are so clever. people put "curses on me and my family". people hope i die. they tell me "real people work at this time" as an insult...yet they are sitting home and im at work.
i dont know what to blame it on. tv doesnt seem to have changed, movies havent gotten to much worse (besides these retards that think they can drive like Vin Diesel in The Fast and the Furious).
PEOPLE DONT THANK YOU WHEN YOU HOLD THE DOOR OPEN ANYMORE!
i think im just entirely too nice. maybe i should toughen up, let them open their own door, maybe i shouldnt look when i change lanes and no use signals. maybe i should get a cell phone and act like i own the fucking road. the problem is, i know im not the most important person out there. i know i should hold the door open for people. im not going to change the person i am to fit in with these people. it just sucks cause there are a small group of people that see this civilization going downhill....fast. the rest are too into themselves to realize it.
