This looks potentially very cool
Momentum Con Making waves in sexuality, feminism, and new media. It's in Silver Spring (at the Con.txt hotel, actually) and it's going to have panels on porn, relationships, blogging, sex work, sexual health, sex education. Looks like it should be informative, could be fun, and might be a way to meet the sorts of people I might like to meet who are not obsessed with television shows.
I'm just pretty sure I shouldn't fork out for another hotel room so soon (first weekend in April) after I just went to a con, and I can just about manage a con in Silver Spring from home, but it's gonna be right on the edge of unmanageable in terms of getting to the hotel early enough and getting from the hotel early enough to make sense. Maybe if I just did the hotel Saturday night?
