The people have spoken. They want funky header images. I, personally, do not understand the desire for funky header images, but it is clear that such a desire exists.
I have many Dreamwidth points. I am considering offering them up in a LIM-style header graphic contest, BUT
I don't actually know how those contests are run.
If you know how to run a last iconmaker standing community, especially if you know of such a community with clear cut and beautiful rules, let me know.

P.P.S. This contest, if it exists, would be completely unofficial. Except you'd have to file a CLA. But a CLA is a great thing to have filed if you are thinking about ever contributing something to Dreamwidth, so it wouldn't necessarily be for this completely unofficial contest. Which is in no way authorized by or endorsed by the management. Because of its unofficiality.
