Got a pinch hit. Had five false starts.
The sixth start is good, but it lacks a certain quality some call plot. D:
However, I invented an awesome [spoiler], so that is all to the good.

Also, I feel less like ... getting my yuletide story is cheating, since I am actually writing one for an actual other participant.
Now, I won't feel bad if someone picks up one of my requests for Yuletide Madness. Not that I'm expecting that! Just, I would have felt like a cheatery cheater who cheats about it before, since I defaulted. Now, my feelings of gratitude would be unsullied by feelings of guilt.
