Put some padding on the the main body of your story. Just 1 em, hell, I'll take half an em. But don't put the text up against the absolute edge of the window. It doesn't look good, I promise you. Just a little white space to let your eyes rest, I'm begging you.
I mean, I have a bookmarklet that gives me useful margins, but I think we'd both be happier if you just put in margins to begin with.
