Почтово-амазонские страдания

Так и не дождавшись заветной посылочки, "постучала" в Амазон. Через час получила на эл. почту ответ:

"I apologise to hear that your order # XXXXXXX has not arrived.

Furthermore, to rectify this matter, I have created a free replacement order # YYYYYYY for the same item to be delivery between 20 January 2014 to 24 January 2014 sent to the same delivery address.

If you'd prefer to cancel the replacement order and receive a refund, let us know by replying to this e-mail.

If the original order arrives, please refuse the delivery of the order so that it will be returned to us by the carrier. In the rare case that the original order arrives and you are not around to refuse the delivery, please advise us by replying to this email and I will be glad to help you obtain a free return label so that you could return the original order to us without any additional cost on your end."
