You know what's sad? It's not being able to sleep now for 4 nights in a row. Know what's even more sad? When your boyfriend comes over to try to help you and it still doesn't work well. It did make me feel so much better having him here though and I thank him so much.

Have you tried a RX for sleep or an anxiety drug, which can help with sleep. Not trying to push drugs on you, but I know that it is possible to have tension that causes sleeplessness that needs some form of RX help (speaking from experience) if only temporarily. Please excuse the non cohesion of my reply - my brain is still getting back to normal.

I'll look into it. I know what provoked it though and as soon as I get that out of my head, everything should be better. I did end up getting some sleep after Ashe went to school and Matt was still here. He was so awsome coming out here to just be here for me.

Have you ever thought that maybe, just maybe you haven't been able to sleep *lately* because you are actually really, really happy for the first time in a long time in *certain* areas in your life and the insomnia is your sub-conscious way of easing you consciously into the acceptance of thus happiness? Coz, you know, you try sometimes to not be good at all that happily ever after stuff. Just be happy, okay? You are wired that way, for the happy after ever and you deserve all of the happiness in the world!!!!
