This spring of love resembles the uncertain glory of an April day.

I definitely forgot this site existed...

Since I last posted, I became a member of the professional company of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, assistant directed and played the evil foster mother in The Pillowman, spent the summer playing an Indian woman at Tecumseh! and the Apothecary/Dance Captain/General Female Understudy in Romeo and Juliet, and founded the Theatre Ensemble of Nashville. I just played Euridyce, Cassandra, and Eris in our first staged reading, Ancient Voices, and have my first rehearsal as Juliet tonight.

I also broke up with my boyfriend in favor of the amazing and talented A.S. Freeman, who is the cofounder and artistic director of our theatre and is playing my Romeo onstage in addition to real life. And we adopted the most lovely, adorable, annoying dog ever: a chocolate lab/doberman mix named Penny.

Living in Nashville, angrily waiting tables for a soulless restaurant owner, lovingly creating a home and a theatre worth calling home.

Weird, right?
