today at lunch, i laughed so hard i couldn't breathe, i felt like i was going to puke, and i had to remove my glasses because i was crying so hard.
it was amazing.
thats the best thing ive felt in months.

and since then ive been laughing a lot more, but it hurts.
and last night was good, for all sorts of reasons.
things are starting to look up.
