Well I think that
jamaisneutral and I are probably both thinking that the Doctor Jesus Who stories are
soon to be a thing of the past.
The new exec producer takes over in 2010; 'Queer as Jesus' producer Russell T. Davies is still signed to do 4 specials in 2009 (not to worry I'm sure he can't do any damage that a good resurrection, er, regeneration can't fix).
The new producer guy Steven Moffat said, "I applied before but I got knocked back, 'cos the BBC wanted someone else. Also I was seven."
SO COOL. I just hope that his previous input ("Empty Child" for one) proves he's a pro and not a fan-fic writer.
Meanwhile, Doctor Who will not be seen on BBC 1 Saturday night. Doctor Who will return next week after the EUROVISION SONG CONTEST.
WHOOT. WHOOT.
(I got a love when my favourite extremely long running [1963] shows get pre-empted for my other favourite extremely longer running [1956] shows ... that's what I can only call WIN/WIN.)
