I want the old Delicious back!
I miss the old Delicious... :-(
Yesterday Yaya, Linny and i had lunch at the *new* Delicious at village two.. It's nice and all, but i dont knw, i just prefer the old one.. The new one aint as cozy and has less of those outdoor seats wif the cushions i love..
The place was packed, and the service was slower than usual.. and there was this waiter who was really rude! felt like slapping his face! When we asked him to check on our food, he snapped back "It's coming!!"
Yeah, obviously it's coming, but i wanna know WHEN! He didnt even bother to check wat we ordered.. Ugh!
I miss the days when the waiters were really friendly (Praveen, where are youuu?), and the place wasnt jam packed with ppl! Now it seems like everybody wants to go there, and there's a waiting list! There never was a waiting list before this!!!
I know it sounds selfish, but sometimes when i like a place, i want it to myself.. I dont like it when the crowds start coming in and all.. It just aint the same! I used to really like The Curve coz it wasnt crowded like OU, but now it's starting to become like OU and i just dont like as much anymore... except on weekdays, coz there arent many ppl.. :-)
My new fave place was Bangsar Village, but now more and more ppl are coming, and it looks like i'm gonna havta start looking for a newer place! lol
There's this place which i still can go, to escape from the weekend crowd.. I havent been there in awhile though, but i hope it hasnt changed! The food is alright, not that great, but what i really enjoy is the peace and quiet... Oh and the comfy sofas too! ehee! And no, i'm not telling you where that place is! ;-)
