Old connections, new connections.
I'm supposed to be doing work right now since I've been procrastinating the whole weekend, but dah alang2 procrastinate tu, let's just postpone it til tomorrow. Hah ;-P
On Friday night, I get a phone call from Nub at 2am. Yes, very random. Was already asleep at the time, so I can't really recall what she said. Something bout the video H made, something bout Iwan and H, something bout seeing Kin, then she ajak me lepak with some of her friends the next day. Without much thought, I agree to it.
The next morning, I wake up really confused, wondering if the phone call actually happened or not. I check my received calls, and true enough, it happened.
Spent the whole morning doing express spring cleaning coz some people were coming in the evening to take pics of the house, for some magazine. I can't remember which one though..
Made sure everything looked absolutely perfect.. ;-)
Took a shower, and got ready to meet up with Nub at the Curve.
Went to Borders while waiting for her to arrive, and came across sooo many books that I want! Adoi, cannot cannot.
Must stick to my target of not purchasing anything, til AFTER Sunburst.
Nub arrives, and we browse thru the weekend market.. It's been like forever since I did that! She gets a few stuff, and forces me to get some stuff too, but I manage to restrain myself. Phew!
We talk a bit bout H but we kept getting distracted by all the things that were up for sale. Hahah :-P
Later, we meet up with her guy friends at Teh Tarik Place. She introduces everybody, then we order something to drink. Shortly after, Iwan arrives and we get something to eat. They talk talk and talk and I somehow manage to join in the conversations. LOL
Not bad considering I've never met these people before. Except for Sabri la.
They suggest we go catch a movie afterwards, so we watch Vantage Point.
Just. Like. That.
You see, I'm soo used to planning days in advance. The usual procedure would be to choose a day, check if everyone is available, decide on a venue, select a movie, check out movie times, make reservations, etc etc..
But this time it was like, "Korang nak tengok movie after this?"
"Okay, boleh jugak.."
Walk to Cineleisure, choose one movie, get tickets and that's it.
Hahaha spontaneousss.
After the movie, Nub wanted to check out amps for Spices of Asia (SoA). We walk to Bentley@Courts Megastore. On the way there, we stop by at Cupcake Chic and Nub treats us to some cupcakes. Heee :-D

When we get to Courts and walk up to the second floor, it turns out that Bentley tak bukak pun lagi la kan! Adoi buat penat je. Walk to Ikano's music store pulak, and they inquire bout amps and drums and keyboards and I was so blur. hahah soo not my kinda thing :-/
They decided to lepak at SoA after that, and although I really wanted to go too, I had to decline coz I didn't wanna drive back alone late at night. Huuu.
Sunday morning breakfast with the besties as usual. Decided not to go to Devi's this time, and went to Oldtown near Lia's apartment instead. It's really nice over there.. We got the comfy booth seats, and the atmosphere was so laid back, me and Lia even took off our slippers and sat cross-legged. Haha
Lunch at Unique Seafood with Aunty Siti, Uncle Yan, Mama, Yaya, Linny and Zaki.
Scrump-dilly-icious bebeh! :-D me loveee so much.
Yaya came over to our place after lunch to discuss about Uncle Yan's 60th birthday bash next Sunday.. Hee can't wait!
Okay, I'm gonna sleep early tonight, get up early tomorrow, and devote the whole day to my assignments! Haha
