Dearest Papa,
As you know, it's been over three months since my 20th birthday and I have yet to receive a birthday present from you.
It's okay, I understand when you say I shouldn't buy things for the sake of buying. I totally agree with you that I should wait til I see something I really, really want.
So, after much thought and contemplating, I'm pretty sure I know what I want for my birthday present now...
Yes, I think it's high time for a new laptop :-)
And it's not just any laptop Pa, it's the brand new MacBook Air. The thought of owning one makes me feel like floating on air. Yes Pa, it's that dreamy. And I already know what I'm gonna call mine - MacDreamy. *swoon*
It's everything I've ever wanted and so much more. Please make my dreams come true, Papa.
I'll stop pressuring you to let me drive your car.
I'll stop bugging you about getting me a white Golf GTI.
I'll stop whining about wanting to study in Australia. We don't even have to go to New Zealand for a holiday anymore!
Aaaand I'll even stop constantly buying new shoes and clothes if that's what you want.
All you have to do is let me be the proud owner of a MacBook Air.
After all, you know I deserve it.
