I got down to 161 this morning!!! :D I am so, so happy. I really needed to get past 162.5 just to prove to myself that I could do it and that all my work will pay off. Yesterday I had a perfect day, kept my calories low while feeling full, ate vegetables, fruit, lean protein and low fat dairy and pushed myself to exercise hard for an hour. I resisted all the temptations and it felt so good to know I could do it. I even kept my carbs down below 50% and my protein at half my body weight. I've just got to keep it up with days like that and I definitely think I can lose this weight.
