Knitpicks and Elann are strictly available online, are they not? They do not do wholesale selling of their yarns to local yarn shops. They are strictly available online and that is what makes them so cheap and affordable, correct?

Also, don't you need to be strictly signed with a company to distribute their yarn? For example, I would have to be registered with Lantern Moon to sell and distribute Lantern Moon merchandise.
