cos baby i wrote this for you

i intend to do up a "reflect on 2009" post some time next wk. intend being the key word here. whether i get around to doing it is another matter altogether. :p

will try la. think there were some pretty major events which took place last year. would be nice to reflect on them a little. next time when i grow old and become senile, i'd be sure to write down my blog address somewhere and entrust it to my children. then instruct them to remind me of this blog i once had.

of course, all these can only happen by assuming i will eventually find someone, get married one fine day and have kids........lol. which brings me to the topic of marriage!

having attended quite a few weddings the past year, i was thinking of what song i should use for the bridal entrance.

when i was much younger, it used to be pachabel's canon in d. then it kinda got seriously over-played even ah bengs were doing their own electronic/techno version while random punks were doing their rock'n'roll version...i decided it was time to move on.

then there was shania twain's from this moment. beautiful lyrics and romantic music, perfect for a wedding. but upon pondering, it appeared as too boring and predictable to me.

then came jason mraz's highly popular i'm yours and i figured that was pretty interesting for a wedding entrance music cos it's cheerful as opposed to ethereal and romantic. until i heard about 4382646 other people commenting they would consider using it too. AND THEN it got over-played as well.

as can be seen, the choice of song changes all the time according to my mood and all. i won't say that i have got a confirmed song in mind but i would like to share my lastest choice of song. hahaha.

khalil fong - singalongsong. on repeat mode on my itunes now :)))
