RE: P.S. From my experience in street booths, those ladies--because more than half the time they are ladies--are in it to win it. They ask what you want, they serve it, and take their money. No questions asked. But then again, I was foreigner and my Korean might not have impressed them enough to inspire conversation. Haha.
