November of Remembrance

Because November is usually a time to remember. In my mix of cultures and experience, there are several days in November of which this is specifically true.

I cannot claim to advise wisely on the wonders of coping with loss. Unfortunately, I-myself-am quite horrible at it. There are triggers and memories everywhere, at any given time. I can't always manage to cope well enough and so I cannot use my own experience as an example. However, not too long ago, I found something that helped me realize it was it was okay to feel those triggers a little differently.

It may not be of much comfort now but I hope that at some point, it will be for some what it was for me when I found it.

A chance at a new perspective.
