1__What did you do in 2011 that you'd never done before?
Got distracted by a football game that wasn't the Superbowl.
2__Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more next year?
Eat better and exercise more, and now that I have a partner committed to those same goals, I think I'll better success this time.
3__Did anyone close to you give birth?
Not yet, although several people I know did, and one person I'm close to is due any day now.
4__Did anyone close to you die?
Close to me? No. But we did lose people this year that made my own reality a little too close for comfort. RIP Signora Marcone and Clifford "Kippy" Richards.
5__What countries did you visit?
Jus the US this year. I'll get an enhanced VT license when the money works out.
6__What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
A promotion.
7__ What date from 2011 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
October 23rd, the day I finally moved out of the Hu household.
8__What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Finding a man who could appreciate my talents and respect and love me for who I am, as much as I respect and love him for who he is.
9__What was your biggest failure?
Not getting promoted? Although that's not entirely MY fault; this place is so micromanaged I'm not sure who I'll have to sleep with to get ahead... so to speak .=P
10__Did you suffer illness or injury?
Besides the usual allergies/head colds/oven burns/bumps and bruises, nope.
11__What was the best thing you bought?
For myself? Nothing spectacular.
12__Whose behavior merited celebration?
Not Bryon's, that's for sure.
13__Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Can't say for sure.
14__Where did most of your money go?
Bills, man!

Reclaiming my independence.

Way way way way WAAAAAY happier :D

Hard to say. Maybe a little thinner, but I don't feel so.

Exercising.

Wasting time and beating around the bush.
20__How did you spend Christmas?
With family. It was a very enjoyable day.
22__Did you fall in love in 2011?
I did. I fell SO hard. I fell in love after I thought I would never know what love would mean to me again. It took a whole year to discover the affections this man held for me, even though I've known him so long. But I have no regrets and wouldn't change a thing, because right now I am so happy.
23__How many one-night stands?
None, and I never will again.
24__What was your favorite TV program?
2 1/2 Men, Big Bang Theory, and lately, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.
25__Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No one comes to mind.

Still in love with my baking textbook.
27__What was your greatest musical discovery?
AWOLNATION.

hahah, Puss in Boots, but because that was the only film I saw in theatres.
29__What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 25, got so drunk I blacked out, and threw up on Mike's carpet. The weekend before, however, I went to New York City and spend a few days with John, whose birthday is in the beginning of the month, and we did some sightseeing and otherwise had a fucking awesome time.
30__What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Hmm... I dunno, I think this year panned out just the way it was destined to.
31__How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2011?
Either work uniform then pajamas, or comfy clothes.

Working, a lot, of all things.

The same ones I always have.
