Busy Days

This week has been busy and good. Marta was calm and less hectic today and yesterday. I didn't have to wait very long for the train either day, that makes for a  better day for me. Classes have been calm and not to demanding yet. I have a "project" due next Thursday for Advanced Micro on two different organisms. Its definetely no coincidence that I got the fungi that causes noble rot in wine grapes. Noble rot makes the grape sugar concentrated but only if it happens toward the end of the growing season. Earlier or later than that makes the grapes spoil. The wine afficianado in me find it all very interesting. I also found one of my favorite wines in Kroger tuesday night. I love Biltmore Estates wines but haven't been able to get them in Georgia until now.

Congratulations the team 49, Paul and Keith for the first place for Paul's car and third for Keith's car. Sorry that I missed the races Saturday. I wanted to be there but wasn't feeling well. I'll try to get there soon. Keep up the good driving guys.

Christine and I had a very special visior this week. Her old roommates dog, Bailey came to visit us. He's a spaniel and so cute. It makes me miss having a dog. My last one died while I was living in Atlanta the last time. She was a great puppy. I also miss having a cat. She stayed in Americus at Mom and Dad's. Bailey leave us tomorrow and I will miss him greatly.

More later.
