day 1
First day at the regional hospital. It went well for my first day. It's gonna be a long two months though. Biggest wow for the day - we had a lady who had a below-the-knee amputation and would occasionally get an "itch" on her phantom limb. The only way she could relieve it was to scratch the pillow underneath where her leg would've lay. Totally crazy. I love the human body.
