Update
This weekend was rather laid-back. Had friends visit on Sunday so we spent a bit of time cleaning house. CG helped so that made it easier.
I'm in a lot of back pain now--it's almost constant at this point. I'm waiting for the folks with the pain management firm our insurance uses to get in touch with me cause the motrin/tylenol combo isn't working as good as it used to. Surgery is in 3 weeks, so that's keeping me going right now.
Ro was accepted into the school orchestra next year so we'll start up private cello lessons in January to keep her going with that. She has really broken out of her shell at this school and we are so happy she's there and she's doing well.
And Ben is a big cutie pie who is snuggling with me right now. Hard to believe he turns 3 on the 24th!
This weekend HRH Runa and I are headed to Bardic Madness South in Chicago--I'm working on two new pieces for it--still debating throwing my name in the hat to be kingdom bard cause I am still busy with other stuff (Page School, KW Players, staff for TRH). But it would be cool too.....hrm.....well, nothing says I can't try. I'm sure I won't get the job because I know some of the other really talented folks who are trying (not that I'm not talented but whoo man some of those folks really are more with it bardic-ly than I).
And now Ben is raring to go, so it's time for me to do some more dishes and then go get Ro from school.
