ow ow ow ow ow
Today I was doing my usual thang, getting ready to go to the auditions at the Beck Center. My back was hurting a bit, so I kept taking breaks to try and help.
It didn't work. As I was in the shower, I bent over to get my shampoo and a huge huge painful spasm of pain hit. I have never had that happen to me. I took a flexerall and slowly got ready to go. If I had been able to stay home I think I would be better, but I couldn't so I'm not. I'm in a lot of pain. I've informed Mica (Dagan's lady and our camp mom) that my plans to arrive on Monday have changed until I can get in to my chiropractor--or the pain goes away.
I'm dreading packing the SUV and unpacking it and setting everything up--so whenever I go it's going to be a long slow process so I don't mess up my back again.
And if the pain doesn't go away, I will cry like a baby. Cause I need mah Pennsic.
