Father's Day
CG and I got to snuggle this morning--although I was out of it because I had another migraine hit. Not nearly as bad as the one on Friday, but still painful. He held me, I slept. Both of us were happy. *grin*
Now he's left with the kids to do happy train things while I work (real work and page school database). I'm going to take a break in 30 minutes to pull some weeds and grab a coke or some other caffeinated drink hoping that will help with the migraine. MSG is evil. Evil I say!
Hrm. Lesse, I found some beads on ebay to replace my viking bling, and will head to the craft store to find more.
CG has agreed to take Benjamin for the weekend of EK War Practice, so it will be me and Rowan having fun. I just need to line up a babysitter for Benjamin that Friday afternoon. I don't think I'm going to bring my combat archery stuff though, I'd rather sit and visit with friends. I'm getting excited about going and visiting--even though my EK friends and I talk about hooking up at Pennsic we never do cause we're all too busy. This way everyone will be in one place so we can chat. I'd better work on my bardic stuff, too much of what I have is Midrealm oriented. I'm sure that will go over like a lead balloon. *grin* And hey, khatife, you want your Skyway chili fix there or at Pennsic? I can bring you 4 cans (my treat). :)
