Krum's cape...
Does anyone else think that Krum probably didn't get too many kisses from Hermione at the Yule Ball, simply because of his really, really gross cape? If she cares as much about animals as she does about house-elves, then she'd be properly disgusted.
Hermione: Is that the claw of a dead, unidentifiable animal, Viktor, or are you just happy to see me?
Krum: Put your head on my shoulder, Hermione.
Hermione: Ow! Your shoulder just blinded me!
Krum: Sorry, I forgot about those extra claws that I attached to my shoulder. I thought they'd be stylin'.

p.s. I bet the Snape-Harry-Ron shippers are just gleeful over this picture.
Harry: Professor Snape, we just wanted to know how you got your hair so nice and greasy.
Snape: Let me show you, Potter. The grease comes from my hands... it works better if you rub in an upwards motion, like this.

Edited to add: Moey and I will have to find a secluded theater of our own to watch this movie, because I somehow feel that the laughter is going to be unstoppable...
