Onions
I love you onions.
This weekend was interesting, in a good way. Spent most of the time loungin', but appreciated the time I spent with Laura deeply Saturday night after a long time of "seperation". It was a relationship hiatus, I guess you could say. We just want to take it slow again, especially this week since we will both be super busy this week anyways.
Oh and I am very proud of mi Laurita :) She was proud of her awesome portfolio she made that I have yet to had the courtesy to see. I am sure it's awesome. Good job!
My radio show kicked ass today, I thought, and so did Laura. First half was classic country/1950's rock and roll: Dwight Yoakam, Tennessee Ernie Ford, and Vernon Green and The Medallions to name a few. The second half featured electronic music from one of my favorite musicians, Carl Craig.
I have been inspired to write more songs and I eventually want to get back into playing my guitar more and more, which hopefully will get easier when summer comes. I can't wait till my favorite night, 4th of july. I hope the celebration is 10 times as good as it was last year.
I want to update my music blog, so hopefully I will get back to work on it, once summer starts.
I hope to start working at KRUX 91.5 this week too.
