dis-cord

i found a fabulous pair of red cords last week. they fit great, are very kind to my ass, and give off a distinctly zq vibe. yet something is not right. I fear this ensemble is reminiscent of those terrible white-ribbed pants from the GQ shoot... altogether too much.

tie: thrifted
baseball cap: starfleet academy hat from a star trek convention waay back
shoes: chucks

somehow i came off looking more like ernie from sesame street than zq in this outfit. lessons learned?

1.) too much eyebrow. no matter how much I envy the quintobrows, i don't think my face can handle them! as pete once told sasan, "not everyone has your delicate bone structure." XD 
2.) the rainbow laces on the all stars have got to go. done.
3.) too many fabrics - flannel, corduroy and a silk tie?  i guess not.

i'm still not sure what to do about this outfit. please help!?
