First Day
Well, I had my first day today. Everyone told me to leave around 4pm because of traffic and its a half hour drive on a good day without traffic, what do you know, I get there in about 40mins. So I go and sit and stare at the clock inside. I asked to talk to Jennifer and she is no longer there so I sent her an email to find out. If she doesn't email me in a few days I will check and see if she is in the phone book because I want to know what happened because it was so sudden because she was talking about being at my graduation and always having an open door policy while I am there and all this so I want to know what happened and if this is a place that I should be going to. I want to know her opinion on whatever happened to her if she would go to a school that did whatever happened to her. Because before she told me she would never work for a school she didn't trust 100%.
My instructor was really cool. And OMG, this was my first day and guess what we had to do? We had to do blood draws! OMG. I must have had this OMG look on my face because the instructor asked me if I was ok and two other people asked me if I was oka nd I said its not the drawing of the blood, its just that I missed the vein and that pissed meoff. Its just soooo much to take in in such a sort amount of time. Oh, also at the end of this Mod we have a list of diseases we can do an essay and anorexia and bulimia were on this one. I htink I am going to do bulimia.
We got a few books but I guess they didn't have them all out for us and I was like...OMG more..So we had our 3rd Mod book, a bible looking book that has all the diseases in it, and one other one that is like a handbook.
Anyhw, just thought I would write about my first day. Tomorrow we are having lecture and computers and HIPAA video/lecture. Fun times. I'll write more later.
