Fourthing Memething.
Months ago I was prodded to do a seven-earworms meme and I still haven't, so I don't know why I'm doing new ones. Nevertheless . . .
A) Four jobs I have had in my life (other than current job):
Microscopist, Civil Servant, Cleaner, PC Troubleshooter (yes, my job title did include the word "troubleshooter". This was not as good as when my job involved all-terminator shotgun).
B.) Four movies I would watch over and over:
The Cook, the Thief, his Wife and her Lover; The Princess Bride; Bad Santa; Bad Taste.
C.) Four places I have lived
Mandeville, South Milford, Bishopbriggs, Ayr.
D.) Four TV shows that I watch
Pass. I don't watch much these days. I remember Tomorrow's World, Interceptor, Secret Army and The Tube with affection, though, if that helps.
E.) Four places I have been:
Port Royal, New Orleans, Plockton, Cape Cod.
F.) People who e-mail me (regularly):
My brother, Lara, Seth, Phil.
G.) Four of my favourite foods:
Onions, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Custard. Not usually all at the same time.
H. ) Four places I would rather be right now:
Bikini Atoll, Lake Baikal, on the Silk Road, in orbit around Saturn (assuming I could get back safely).
J.) Four things I am looking forward to this year:
Going to Oregon, Seeing My Bloody Valentine again, Beltane, the I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue tour.
K.) Four favourite authors:
Gene Wolfe, Iain Banks, Ursula le Guin, Kurt Vonnegut.
