It's getting close to that time for Gen-Con, so this may be a good time to bring a few points up that the kindly folks reading this may want to think over.
Folks are going to need the address of the hotel, please contact me if you need it.
It'd be very handy to have an idea of when people are planning to get to the con, if only so we can figure out how many people are going to be there a given day.
Given the special brand of price gouging that con food vendors like to use, bringing some food and drink with us would be a good idea. It may be beneficial to figure out who wants to bring what, so as not to end up with 100 packs of ramen and a single spork.
Asides:
We'll have access to the matrix, which'll be handy for our deckers.
We'll also have access to the requirements for actually cooking foods.
Parking costs extra per night, alternate nearby options may be cheaper.
