I did two things this weekend I shouldn't do: surf the Internets and watch TV.
There's just a few things I have to say )

What drives me crazy is "alright" instead of the correct "all right". Gets on my last f**king nerve! ;)

Ive defidently seen alright used alot.

It's working its way into dictionaries as a "substandard" or "non-standard" spelling of all right. We are losing this battle!!!

In fact, I almost made a post about that the other day. I mean, when did it somehow become not only common, but acceptable, for all right to become alright? I'm with you. On my last fucking nerve.

And defiantly instead of definitely is one that is way overused in fics.

Yes, I mock "defiantly" in my epic bad!fic masterpiece "A Trip to the Diner". Hee! But the sad reality is that Microsoft is partially the culprit here. For awhile if you misspelled "definitely" with a "a" in there, such as "definately" Microsoft gave "defiantly" as the first choice in spell check. And since Spell Check is ALWAYS right...
I THINK that is changed in later versions of Spell Check software, but the damage is done.
Microsoft is also the doom of all mankind...
