The last couple of days have been a gas. Oh, I mean its horrible for many in this country but it is what it is and there is nothing I can do about it other than batten down the hatches, hold on, and laugh my ass off. Every single person in government is responsible for the issues at hand, along with a huge chunk of the investment world's upper echelon of money makers. Neither presidential candidate has a clue how to fix the problem nor do their running mates or really anyone in their respective parties. Life as you know it is not sustainable, and it may be time for you to learn to live with less in certain aspects of it.
There is not an ounce of sadness within me for the average American consumer, myself and family included. It seems exceedingly likely that the Democrats will push through a plan giving a Bush crony near total control over billions of dollars to hand out to his friends after they all burned their companies to the ground. If that fact makes you want to rush out to the polls and vote for anyone, you might as well close your eyes as you randomly pull levers.
