Whee! My vacation request was approved, so now I get to buy a ticket to Austin to visit my sister. Her spring break coincides with the Ark of Truth release, the perfect excuse to have sister time.
This will also provide a nice bridge between February of the Mondays Off and April of the LA Trip. Did I mention that here? I don't think so. In brief: Grandfather's 80th, big ol' family weekend planned. Yay!
In more immediate plans, I am determined to get out and do something this weekend. It is going to be sunny and non-freezing, and that deserves a response. My manager suggested taking the ferry to Angel Island, which sounds pretty good as a plan! I'm still exploring options, though.
